Booking & Safety Protocol

  • **Consent:** All clients must sign a detailed consent form before the procedure takes place.
  • **Deposits:** A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This is redeemable against the cost of your treatment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • **Notice:** We require a minimum of **48 hours notice** to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • **Late Notice:** Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
  • **No-Show:** Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will result in the loss of the booking fee and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

2. Pre-Treatment & Aftercare Guides

Before Your Treatment

  • **Avoid Blood Thinners:** Please avoid aspirin, Ibuprofen, fish oils, and Vitamin E for 48 hours before your appointment to minimize bruising.
  • **Alcohol:** Avoid consuming alcohol for 24 hours prior to your visit.
  • **Clean Skin:** Please arrive with a clean face, free from makeup on the treatment area.

Immediately Following Treatment

  • **No Touching:** Do not touch, rub, or massage the treated area for at least 6 hours.
  • **Exercise/Heat:** Avoid vigorous exercise, saunas, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours.
  • **Makeup:** Avoid applying makeup to the treated area for 24 hours.

Treatment Eligibility

  • **Pregnancy/Breastfeeding:** We cannot treat clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or actively trying to conceive.

  • **Duration:** Results for Anti-Wrinkle Injections typically last 3–4 months; Dermal Fillers can last 6–18 months, depending on the product and area.
  • **Swelling/Bruising:** Mild swelling and bruising are common and temporary. Full results are visible after 2–4 weeks.
